After our RV trailer blew a tire and had a difficult time trying to change it. We called Alex Tire in Richmond. They came quickly with our tire as well as a spare just incase it happens again. They changed it in no time and were very pleasant. Thank you for helping us with a frustrating situation! Highly recommend!

Had my tire replaced less than a month ago. service was good. However, my car is currently in the shop for my tires to be balanced and was informed that the tire that was just replaced the inner belt is broken and the tire is dry rotted. Called to see if there was any warranty or if I could get a refund since the tire that was placed on is absolutely no good. No refund but can go to their location and have a new tire put on… My tire is being replaced at the shop AGAIN because of this tire being dry rotted.. Do Not Recommend.

I had a blow out in Virginia and needed a tire because I did not have a spare. I called Alex Tires and Roadside because I saw that they were local and 24/7. When I first called to see if they had my tires, the gentleman said he would call me back to let me know. He called me back in less than 10 minutes and said he had one. I explained that I was waiting to be towed off the freeway by AAA. He said to just call back when I was where I needed to be. I called him back to let him know where I was and Alex arrived 20 minutes later. I discovered after Alex was starting to take the lug nut off my tires that a specific key was needed and the key I had was split/broken.🤦🏿‍♀️. Alex was super patient with me and my family while one of my family members raced to Autozone to pick up a new key. Once he got the tire off my car, it took him no more than 15 minutes to replace and air up the new tire. Alex remained patient and understanding the whole entire time. He helped me stay calm!!! Thank you so very much.

Wow, what amazing service!! I bought brand new tires a week ago one tire went flat on the highway at 8 PM. No tire shop is open at that time and Rony came out in 30 minutes and replace the tire on the spot. I would 100% use the service again.10/10 highly recommended!
